We have a number of convenient payment options for you to choose from. Our front office is here to assist you with your insurance and financial commitments.

We accept checks, cash, debit, and credit cards.  We also offer third party financing through Care Credit.

Care Credit is a financing choice that provides interest-free payment options depending on the treatment costs and length of repayment.

We work with most insurance providers. Our front office will be happy to assist you with insurance claims to maximize your benefits.

To ensure quality service we ask that your estimated portion be paid on date of service via Cash, Check, or credit card.

Each person will be provided an estimate to the best of our abilities understanding that this is not a guarantee.

A 24-hour cancellation notice is required for all scheduled appointments to avoid a fee.
